We, Brilliant Constructions (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”), respect the privacy of our users (hereinafter referred to as the “user(s)” or “you”) on the Brilliant Constructions website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and are committed to protecting the personal information that users share with us through the Site. We believe that our users have the right to understand our policies regarding the collection and use of information received by us during the use of the Site.

Information Collected About Site Users 

We collect two types of information from users on the Site:

The first type of information that the Company collects is anonymous and non-identifying information (hereinafter: “Non-Personal Information”). Non-Personal Information is any publicly available information that is available to the Company when the user uses the Site and does not allow for the identification of that user. The second type of information that the Company collects is personally identifiable information (hereinafter: “Personal Information”). Personal Information allows the Company to personally identify the user.

Users automatically provide their IP address (or their Mac address, as the case may be), depending on the network or device they are using. This information is collected to improve the user experience and for security purposes.

In addition, we collect personal information provided by users voluntarily and willingly during the use of the Site, such as details provided when leaving information in the “Contact Us” form on the Site, including full name, email address, and mobile phone number. After filling in the details, the company will use the details to contact you and offer its services. Additional information may be requested in the future as part of the order.

While using the Site, the Company will collect information about your habits, browsing habits, products and services you have purchased, information and advertisements you have seen on the Site, details about you that you have left when using the services published on the Site, and the like.

As part of our contact form, users are required to provide their full name, phone number, and email address. Users may also optionally enter additional text in the “Contact Us” field. It is possible that users may be required to provide additional information in the future.

By submitting your personal information, you hereby consent and declare that you are doing so voluntarily for us to provide you with the services offered on this website. How do we collect information about our users?

The information is collected by us independently or through the receipt of services from third parties who are service providers 1 with whom we have contracted – in two ways: through your entry to and use of the site. When you visit or use the site, we are aware of such use and are entitled to collect and record information related to your use. We collect information that you have voluntarily shared with the company when using the site or when filling out the contact form

  • To cooperate with third parties to improve user experience and to provide services; and/or upon the express consent of the user prior to disclosure.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, the company may collect, disclose, and transfer non-personal information to third parties at its sole discretion.

Changing or Deleting Personal Information

If for any reason, you wish to change, update, or delete the personal information you have provided to us, you may send us an email detailing your request to: brilliant.estate24@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to change, update, or delete such personal information in accordance with the privacy laws applicable in the State of Israel.

 

Please note: Unless we are otherwise instructed, we may retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which the personal information was collected, including but not limited to, to meet our legal or business requirements, obligations, or commitments, to resolve disputes, to enforce our terms, and all in accordance with the privacy laws applicable in the State of Israel.

Security

We take reasonable industry-standard measures to help protect the personally identifiable information you provide to us. We also limit access within the company to personally identifiable information to employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service representatives). Without limiting the disclaimer and absence of representations in the Terms of Use, the site’s servers are secured using a dedicated security system, including a firewall. However, it should be noted that no measure or service is completely secure, especially when the activity is online.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party software or services to collect, store, and/or process the information collected through the site and for the purpose of providing services on the site. We make efforts to contract with third parties that publish a privacy policy applicable to the collection, storage, processing, and use of personal and non-personal information. Tracking Technologies

When using the website, we or third parties may use industry-standard technology known as cookies, Flash, and/or other tracking technologies (hereinafter: “tracking technologies”). These tracking technologies are stored on your device and computer and allow us to automatically activate certain features (for example, automatic login to the site), as well as to simplify and improve the user experience on the site.

You may revoke your consent by sending a message to brilliant.estate24@gmail.com. You acknowledge that the company has notified you that you may refuse to receive such advertising.

Changes to Privacy Policy

The provisions of this Privacy Policy are an integral part of the website, and the information collected therein, and they cannot be separated, in any way, from our Terms of Use.

The company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and requests all users to revisit this page as often as possible. We will notify users of any material change to the terms of this Privacy Policy on the homepage of the website. Material changes will take effect seven (7) days after notice is given on our website or sent by email, whichever is earlier. All other changes to the Privacy Policy will take effect on the date of the last update of this Privacy Policy, and continued use of the website after the date of the last update will constitute the user’s agreement that the changes will bind him.
